“We’ve had the opportunity to use Home and Around twice now to refurbish two of our properties and they have done a splendid job. Home and Around was introduced to us in January 2013. We were in a situation where we could let our property in 10 days’ time as long as we could convert the bathroom. This involved removing the bath, repositioning the basin and toilet and installing a new shower cubicle and a towel rail. The door had to be repositioned the floor relined and the room tiled. All the electrics had to be redone. We did not think it could be done in time but were proved wrong. All the work was done within the timescale and we let the property. Since then Home and Around have done a number of maintenance and repair jobs for us. They hold the key of the property and have always reacted quickly to deal with any problem that tenants have had. This has been very helpful as we do not live close to the property.
